Refunds for trial payments or recurring subscription charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used memberships or trial periods. Cancellation for all future recurring billing may be requested in accordance with Section – "Cancellation" under Terms of Service.
OneGoal offers a 21-day trial period for all plans. If you cancel during your trial period, you will not be charged for the monthly subscription. However, the trial fee paid at signup is non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances or technical issues preventing service access.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first month's payment after the trial period. This guarantee applies only to the first monthly charge and does not extend to subsequent billing cycles.
OneGoal.com reserves the right to grant a refund or a credit applicable to purchases to OneGoal.com at its discretion. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds.
Should a refund be issued by OneGoal.com for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. OneGoal.com will not issue refunds by cash, cheque, money transfer or other means of payment.
The refund will be processed immediately by OneGoal.com, but depending on the payment method used in the original transaction, depositing the funds may take 3–5 business days.

OneGoal.com is not to be held accountable for the loss or inability to receive e-mails, invoices, receipts, goal reminders, terminations and other important messages on behalf of the subscriber. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to provide a legitimate and fully functional e-mail address that can ensure all e-communications on behalf of OneGoal.com are received, read and not sent to the spam or "junk mail" folder.
E-mail providers such as Hotmail and Gmail are less reliable when it comes to acknowledging e-mails issued by OneGoal.com. Therefore, we recommend using an alternative provider when signing up to OneGoal.com.
