OneGoal, operated by Clickstream LLC, provides a subscription-based digital service that allows users to create and manage daily goals, track progress, and build lasting habits. By using this website and purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Subscriptions begin with a 21-day trial and automatically renew monthly unless canceled before the renewal date. There are no binding periods. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the user dashboard or by contacting our support team.

2. Subscription & Billing

When subscribing to OneGoal, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the end of the trial period and on each monthly renewal cycle thereafter. All subscription cycles are monthly.

Failed payments may be retried. Continuous failed billing attempts may result in the cancellation of your account. We reserve the right to issue digital invoices or work with third-party payment partners to process payments securely.

3. Support

Customer support is available via email at support@onegoalapp.co. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days.

4. Delivery of Service

Access to the service is provided immediately after registration. You will receive a welcome email with your login details. If you do not receive your login credentials within 3 business days, contact us to resolve the issue.

5. Pricing & Trial Periods

OneGoal offers a 21-day trial period for all plans. After the trial, your payment method will be charged based on your selected plan:

• Starter Plan: $17.95/month (21-day trial for $6.95)
• Focus Plan: $25.95/month (21-day trial for $9.95)
• Pro Plan: $49.95/month (21-day trial for $14.95)

Prices are subject to change based on promotions, currency fluctuations, or market conditions. Current pricing is always available on our pricing page.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. If you cancel within the 21-day trial period, you will not be charged for the monthly subscription. After the trial period, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first month's payment.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or repeated failed payments. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or generate content that is abusive, defamatory, illegal, or infringing on third-party rights. Any misuse may lead to account termination and may be reported to authorities.

9. Limitations of Liability

Our service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect performance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any issue or claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and technology used on OneGoal are the property of Clickstream LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without prior consent.
